From all the looking and searching around for a new family car, we stopped on a car advertised by TSN MOTORS BLACKBURN. Went to their showroom, Had a look at the car checked all the paperwork and took the vehicle for a test drive. Shabz customer service was excellent, He helped us all the way. Hassle free, honest, trustworthy and straight up guys. No pushy sales tactics. Offered me more money for my part exchange than any other dealership and sold me an absolutely amazing car. I have driven it 8000 miles and it hasn’t skipped a beat. I have recommended to all my friends and family and will definitely return when I’m looking for upgrade.

I felt such a lengthy review was necessary and well deserved; (I posted the same one on Autotrader) as that is how I came to find out about the dealership:

I shopped around the net starting with the typical nationwide searches etc.. trying to find the optimal ratio between value for money; options; and most importantly dealer reputation. I narrowed it down to a few options. My next step naturally was to visit the dealer(s) and sort of have a look around and get a general feeling for the place. In summary; TSN provided the best overall experience, the inventory was of a quality and choice one - it was also diverse in that there was generally something there for most buyers. For me the most important aspect; and an obvious one from the start, was the high level of attention to detail; the staff remained professional and proactive throughout; they had an in-depth product knowledge and stated FACTS only when it came to their vehicles. They offered me solutions without pushing or trying to direct or influence my decision process until I narrowed it down to the perfect option for myself. I dealt with many of the staff members - Adam probably helped me out the most and he remained patient and professional with me throughout; a gentleman. What separates these guys from most others is that they are genuine automotive enthusiast; there’s a passion for cars with these guys that you just don’t get elsewhere... I’ve recommended their services to my family and friends .. I believe this business is one of the gems that really build there reputation by pride in. What they do; word of mouth and reputation. I usually don’t leave reviews but every so once In a while you will experience a level of customer service so good that it would be a disservice not to take the time out to leave a review. Also; I waited some time to leave the review in case I had any issues after the sale. MOT was smooth; car runs smooth; no problems .. a seamless experience throughout; I believe the staff there are all well aware that their dealership pushes the boundaries above and beyond the standard. Recommended!

I picked my new (to me) car up last Friday and it was a nice simple exchange; the next day, the car developed an abs fault; I spoke to TSN motors about it, there was no "ifs or buts" just a simple answer, don't worry we will fix it.

I took the car across today, and true to their word they have repaired the car and returned it in full working order.
